What we do:

USPD Officers, patrol buildings, complexes and neighborhoods by, checking on the exterior
perimeter, access points, parking lot, garages, and if required mechanical room, facility rooms,
rooftops or any location that needs special attention. A patrol presence always acts as a strong
and effective deterrent to criminal or other illegal activities that might take place if no USPD
weren’t present.

 

Our Uniformed services quickly attend to client complaints, respond to alarms, report suspicious
activities, report fire or hazards, and are an after-hours or emergency contact for additional help.
Our patrol officers are screened for customer service skills to ensure they are always respectful
and courteous when interacting with tenants, owners, and guests. Our experienced protection
team are certified who follow state and local regulations, and are extensively trained to hold a

constant higher standard at all times. As trained rapid responders competent to handle any
